We continue Mecha Analysis with episode 24 of Gundam G No Reconguista. Something to keep in mind when looking at the mechanical designs of Gundam G No Reconguista: The ones responsible for mechanical design are as follows,

• Akira Yasuda, known for designing mechs in Turn A Gundam, Code Geass and Overman King Gainer.
• Kimitoshi Yamane, notable for mechanical designs in G Gundam, Gundam SEED, SEED Destiny, SEED Stargazer, IGLOO, and Eureka Seven: AO
• Not much can be found about Ippei Gyobu. I think he's new.

Episode 24
Kill-em-all Tomino's back plucking the emotional strings of his fan base and killing off characters that we all know and love! Is there an end to this violence, Tomino? IS THERE? As we come closer to the end of the series, I am glad I kept up with it week by week. I do not know if I would be able to process this show on a binge.

Yggdrasil

Is that the Goa'uld's Cheops class Warship? Where's general O'Neill when we need him? Jokes aside, this ship only makes a brief appearance, showing off some calaidescope shields and rapid grow laser trees...

...some super sweet tree laser animations that will never be seen in an episode ever again.

We also get a glimpse of Mask's latest (and most likely final) suit: Kabakari is the name given on the site (and posted on Gundam Guy).

G-Arcane

Finally this mobile suit gets an upgrade! The Nu Gundam-style funnel-like objects along G-Arcane's back is named "Full Dress." So far, from what we have seen, it has the ability to deflect lasers with...lasers. I wonder if the Full Dress can be used as funnels too.

Which kit will we see first, Perfect Pack expansion, or Full Dress expansion?

Late again! I keep doing this to myself - putting off writing these articles. Maybe I should take a break from Monster Hunter, especially as the show winds down. Either way, I'm quite excited to see how Tomino will conclude this show. What will all this fighting and traveling come to?
